Responsibilities
Each suite’s occupant assumes responsibility for covering any repairs or maintenance necessary within the suite’s interior, encompassing decor and accessible fixtures and fittings. Repairs affecting the exterior of the building, as well as those within the walls or beneath the floors, fall under the collective responsibility of the Co-operative, with the associated costs shared among all members.
To safeguard their personal belongings within the suite and for personal liability coverage, members are required to maintain insurance.
Prospective members are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the Occupancy Agreement, Rules, and other pertinent information outlined in the Ambleview Place Housing Co-operative Handbook prior to making a purchase.
In terms of general information, secure parking spaces are available for those who own and operate vehicles.
It’s important to note that smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building and grounds; the keeping of pets is not allowed.
Additionally, each unit is provided with a storage locker and garage parking space for residents’ convenience.
