How to Apply to Ambleview Place 

60+ affordable housing co-op in

West Vancouver

 

Step 1: Complete the Application Form

Begin by downloading and completing the Ambleview Place Membership Application (PDF link below).

The application must include:

  • Full personal information for all applicants

  • Spouse or partner details, if applicable

  • Detailed career and professional experience for you and your spouse/partner (if applicable), including past employment, skills, volunteer work and areas of expertise

  • Information that helps us understand how you may contribute to the sustainability and community life of our West Vancouver 60+ co-op

Complete applications allow the Membership Committee to fairly and thoroughly review each submission.

Step 2: Interview &  Tour

Applicants whose background, skills, experience and interests align with the needs of our 60+ co-op will be invited for:

  • A tour of Ambleview Place

  • An in-person interview with the Membership Committee

Selected candidate(s) are then interviewed by the Chair of Finance and the Board of Directors and a final decision is made based on community fit, participation readiness and available suites.

Step 3: Approval & Share Purchase

If approved:

  • You will receive confirmation of acceptance

  • The Membership Committee will issue instructions to proceed with the share purchase

  • You’ll receive the share agreement, final share price and next steps toward occupancy

Once completed, you’ll become a member of West Vancouver’s Ambleview Place Housing Co-operative for adults 60+.
